 হিজাব আন্দোলন ও প্রতিবাদ সভা

মাদ্রাসা খাদিজাতুল কুবরা (রা:) দারুল কুরআন (বালিকা) মাদ্রাসাতে অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়া হিজাব বিতর্ক-প্রতিবাদ সভা উক্ত প্রতিবাদ সভাতে উপস্থিত ছিলেন সভার সভাপতি এবং মাদ্রাসা সভাপতি জনাব সাহাচাঁদ লস্কর এবং উপস্থিত ছিলেন মাদ্রাসা সম্পাদক জনাব আবদুল্লাহ ভিস্তী এবং মাদ্রাসার অনান্য শিক্ষক শিক্ষিকা গন। আরও উপস্থিত ছিলেন সভার প্রধান বক্তা জনাব ডাঃ রইচ উদ্দিন সাহেব এবং উপস্থিত ছিলেন জামায়াতে উলামায়ে হিন্দের আমির এবং উপস্থিত ছিলেন জামির হোসেন সাহেব আরও উপস্থিত ছিলেন কাজী নাসির উদ্দিন সাহেব ও মাওলানা আব্দুল গফুর সাহেব ও অন্যান্য বিশিষ্ট ব্যাক্তি বর্গ।

আবুল কাশেম রাসুলীর রাখা বক্তব্য:

তিনি বলেন যখন ইংরেজদের মত বিশ্বাসঘাতক শরীয়ত বিরোধীরা এসে জুলুম করেছিল তখন ওরা একারা প্রতিরোধ করতে পারেনি এই মুসলিমরাও সঙ্গে ছিল। তাদের বাড়ির মেয়েরা তাদের হাত ধরে যুদ্ধের ময়দানে পাঠিয়ে দিয়েছিল বলেছিল যুদ্ধ করে মরো মৃত্যুর পরে আমি বলব আমি শহীদানের মা আমি শহীদানের স্ত্রী। ইস্ট ইন্ডিয়া কোম্পানি এবং ইংরেজদের বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ করে ভারতবর্ষের 52000 আলেম শহীদ এবং তিন লক্ষ আলেম জেল কারাগার এবং বিলুপ্ত হয়ে গিয়েছে। অতএব ভারতবর্ষের ভারতবর্ষের সংবিধান অনুযায়ী আমাদের যে রুচি আছে ধর্মীয় যে বিধান আছে বিধান মেনে চলব। আমরা এই ভারতবর্ষে হাজার হাজার বছর রাজত্ব করে এসেছি, আমাদের রাজত্বকালে অমুসলমানরা ইঁদুর খেত কুকুর খেত সাপ খেত ব্যাঙ খেত আমরা আপত্তি করিনি। আমাদের রাজত্বকালে অমুসলমানেরা উলঙ্গ হয়ে চলত আমরা আপত্তি করিনি, তোমরা নাগা সন্ন্যাসী উলঙ্গ হয়ে চলতে পারবে না। আমাদের রাজত্বকালে অমুসলমান মেয়েরা অর্ধ উলঙ্গ হয়ে চলত আমরা তো আপত্তি করিনি। আমরা তো বলিনি তোমাদের গায় মাথায় এবং পেটে কাপড় নেই কেন? আমরা বরং প্রমাণ করে দিয়েছি "লাকুম দিনুকুম ওয়ালিয়াদিন" (কুরআনের আয়াত) "তোমার ধর্ম তুমি অনুসরণ করো আর আমার ধর্ম আমি অনুসরণ করি"

              তিনি আরো বলেন সারাবিশ্বে বিশ্বের সবকিছু পরিবর্তন হতে পারে কিন্তু কোরআনের কিছু পরিবর্তন হয়নি হবে ও না। কোরআন যে অবস্থা হয়েছিল সেই অবস্থায় আছে এবং সেই অবস্থায় থাকবে। কোরআনের আইন হলো হিজাব এই হিজাবের বিরুদ্ধে বলার অধিকার কোন মাওলানা সাহেবের নেই, কোন মুফতি সাহেবের নেই, কোন ইমাম সাহেবের নেই, কোরআনের আইন হলো হিজাব এই হিজাবের বিরুদ্ধে কথা বলার অধিকার কোন মহাদ্দেসের নেই, কোন নবীর নেই, কোন ফেরেস্তার নেই, স্বয়ং রসূলুল্লাহ নেই। যদি হিজাবের বিরুদ্ধে কথা বলার অধিকার রসূলুল্লাহর না থাকে তাহলে কে ফতোয়া জারি করল হিজাব পড়ে স্কুলে যাওয়া যাবে না। কোন আইন কোন আদালত হিজাবের বিরুদ্ধে কথা বলতে পারে।

ডা: রইচ উদ্দিন সাহেব রাখা বক্তব্য:

তিনি বলেন যখন একদল গেরুয়া ধারী ছেলে উষ্ণতার সঙ্গে জয় শ্রীরাম ধ্বনি দিয়ে মুসকান খান কে তার কলেজে ঢুকতে বাধা দেয়। এই মেয়েটা শেখ কলেজে যাচ্ছে যদি কোন বিধি নিষেধ থাকে তার কলেজের ব্যাপারে তার কলেজের প্রিন্সিপাল তাকে রুখবে, কলেজের শিক্ষকরা প্রফেসররা রুখবে, কলেজের কর্তৃপক্ষ যারা তারা রুখবে, যাদেরকে দায়িত্ব দেয়া হয়েছে তাঁরা রুখবে। কিন্তু এরা কারা এই গেরুয়া পড়া ছেলেগুলো কারা কারা এদের দায়িত্ব দিয়েছে যে এরা মুসকান খানকে রুখবে, এই সাহস ওরা পেলো কোথা থেকে এই দায়িত্ব ওদের দিলো কারা।

ওরা কোনভাবে ক্ষমতায় এসেছে ক্ষমতায় এসে ওরা চাইছে যে সম্পূর্ণ দেশটাকে গেরুয়া ধারী করতে। কিন্তু এ কাজটি ওরা করতে পারবে না ওরা আমাদের ক্ষয়ক্ষতি করবে ওরা আমাদের শান্তিপূর্ণ তাকে বিঘ্ন ঘটাবে এক সম্প্রদায়ের সঙ্গে অপর সম্প্রদায়ের বিঘাত বাঁধিয়ে দেবে দিয়ে রক্তপাত ঘটাবে। ওরা মানুষের জীবন মানুষের সম্পদ মানুষের ইজ্জত নিয়ে ছিনিমিনি খেলবে। এটাই রুখতে হবে।

Fighting against the East India Company and the British, 52000 Alem Martyrs of India and three lakh Alem Jails were imprisoned and extinct. Therefore, according to the Constitution of India, we will abide by the rules that we have religious interests. We have ruled India for thousands of years. During our reign, non-Muslims used to eat rats, dogs, snakes and frogs. We did not object that non-Muslims used to go naked during our reign. You Naga monks cannot go naked. We did not object to non-Muslim girls being half-naked during our reign. We did not say why you do not have clothes on your head and abdomen? We have rather proved "Lakum Dinukum Waliadin" (Quranic verse) "Follow your religion and I follow my religion"

        "Everything in the world may change, but the Qur'an has not changed," he said. The Qur'an is and will remain as it was. The law of the Qur'an is that no Maulana has the right to speak against the hijab, no mufti has the right to speak against it, no imam has the right to speak against the hijab. If Rasulullah does not have the right to speak against the hijab, then who issued the fatwa that one cannot go to school wearing hijab. No law, no court can speak against the hijab.

Speech by Dr. Roich Uddin

He said that when a group of gerua-wearing boys warmly stopped Muskan Khan from entering his college with the sound of Joy Sriram. This girl is going to Sheikh College. If there are any restrictions on her, the principal of her college will stop her, the teachers of the college will stop the professors, the authorities of the college will stop them, those who have been given responsibility will stop them. But who are these guy-wearing boys who have given them the responsibility to stop Muskan Khan, where did they get this courage from and who gave them this responsibility.

 They have somehow come to power. When they come to power, they want to make the whole country ocher. But they will not be able to do this. They will harm us. They will disrupt our peaceful life. They will play tricks on human life, human resources and human dignity. This is what must be stopped.
